"Pretty easy to use overall"
The app has been good for me so far. It’s easy to get around, and the account portal is simple enough that I don’t have to think too much about it. Every once in a while it gets a little slow though, like, come on, I was just trying to check one thing. But it works fine most of the time.
"Contract terms weren’t clear to me"
I signed up thinking it was just a simple month-to-month thing, but uh, I realized later there were contract terms I didn’t really understand when I was checking out.
The wording felt kind of buried and not explained in a way that was easy to catch. Canceling also had extra steps, which I really wish had been made clear before I paid.
Maybe it was technically in the fine print, but that’s basically the issue. I ended up feeling misled and annoyed, and I wouldn’t sign up again unless they make the contract details way more upfront.

"Billing’s been consistent since I signed up"
I signed up for crunch.com a few months ago, and so far the billing has been exactly what I expected each month. I usually check it when the charge comes through, and there haven’t been any weird extra fees or random surprises. Around my second month, I had a quick question about my payment date, but it was easy to look up and sort out. Overall, it’s been smooth and I’m happy with it.

"People actually follow the rules here"
I’ve been going to Crunch for a while now, or at least it feels like a while... I can’t remember if I started a few months ago or earlier than that. Either way, one thing I’ve noticed is that people are good about wiping down machines and not sitting on equipment forever. The staff will step in and remind people about the rules when they need to, but they do it in a normal way that doesn’t make things awkward. It makes workouts a lot less frustrating, even during the busy hours. Definitely 5 stars from me.

"Good gym, but way too crowded"
I actually like the gym itself, but going after work is a hassle. It’s always packed, half the machines are taken, and a lot of people just sit there scrolling on their phones. Last time I waited almost 20 minutes just to use a bench. The staff seem nice, so I don’t really blame them, but it feels like they’re signing up more members than the space can realistically handle. Kind of gives off the vibe that they care more about monthly fees than making sure people can actually get a decent workout in.
"I feel kind of stupid for trusting the..."
I feel kind of stupid for trusting the posted hours. Sometimes they’re open late like they say, and other times they’re just not. It’s hit or miss, which is frustrating when you go out of your way expecting them to be open.

"Support was decent, just a little slow"
I’ve had to reach out to support a couple of times, and they did get back to me, just not as quickly as I was hoping. The answers were useful once they replied, so I don’t want to make it sound like it was bad or anything. It was more just a bit of waiting around. For simple questions, it’s probably fine, but if something was urgent, I could see it being frustrating. Still, they were helpful when they responded...

"Not really my kind of gym vibe"
To be fair, the gym itself is decent and has the basic stuff you’d expect. But the overall atmosphere at my local Crunch just wasn’t for me. There were a lot of people acting like they owned the place, taking forever on machines, filming all over, and the staff didn’t seem to step in much. It felt more like a place to show off than somewhere to actually get a workout in. I usually left feeling more annoyed than motivated.
"Fun classes with lots to choose from"
The classes are actually really fun, and there are tons of options to pick from. It’s nice having so much variety depending on what you feel like doing.

"Decent machines, but the locker room needs work"
The machines are mostly fine and I can usually get my workout in, but I don’t know why the locker room always seems to smell weird. The floors also looked dirty on most of the days I went, which was kind of off-putting. It just doesn’t feel like the staff check on it often enough.

"Not really worth the monthly cost"
I don’t feel like this is worth the monthly price. I gave it a fair shot, but the value just isn’t there for what you’re paying. What made it more frustrating was trying to get help from support, I kept getting passed around in circles and never really got a clear answer. After a while, it felt like I was stuck in a support loop instead of actually getting the issue fixed.
"Pretty convenient, but parking can be rough"
It’s only about 5 or 10 minutes away from me, so the location is great. The downside is the parking situation, it feels like 8 out of 10 times I’m circling around trying to find a spot.

"Decent gym, but the staff experience was disappointing"
I signed up at Crunch the gym itself is fine. The equipment and space are okay, so I was hoping it would be worth the membership. But the staff kind of ruined it for me. Some people were nice, but a few acted annoyed when I asked basic questions, which made me feel like I was bothering them. I don’t want to keep paying for a membership somewhere that doesn’t feel welcoming or professional, so it definitely made me question whether I should stay.

"Pretty good gym, but it can get crowded"
Crunch is actually a decent gym for the price. Some days I can get through my whole workout without any problems, but other times the benches or machines are all taken and I end up waiting around. It’s not a bad place, just a little annoying if you go during the busy hours.

"I’ve been using Crunch.com and, overall, it..."
I’ve been using Crunch.com and, overall, it feels safe. Logging in has been straightforward, and I haven’t seen any strange charges or anything that made me worry. That said, security is one of those things you don’t really think about until something feels unclear, so I do wish they made their security info easier to find and understand. The password reset also felt a little clunky when I had to use it. Nothing major, but a smoother process would definitely make me feel more confident.

"Really helped when I felt mentally drained"
I was feeling really mentally drained, and these sessions helped me a lot. They gave me some space to breathe, sort through what I was dealing with, and feel a bit more like myself again.

"Good Equipment, But My Confidence Has Slipped a Bit"
I’ve been going to Crunch for a few months now, the equipment is usually in good shape. When something breaks, it doesn’t just sit there forever like it did at my old gym, which I really appreciate. The staff seem to check on things often, and the weights are usually where they’re supposed to be, so workouts are less frustrating. That said, I’ve noticed a few little things lately that make me question how consistent it’ll stay, so my trust in the place has dipped a bit. Still a decent gym overall, just hoping they keep up the standards

"I go to a few different Crunch..."
I go to a few different Crunch locations, and my pass actually works almost every time. The staff usually checks me in quickly too. I did have one small issue at one club once, but it got sorted out without much hassle.

"Annoying cancellation issue"
Had to call twice to get it canceled. Then I still got charged afterward. Just once, but still. Frustrating.
